For clients posting job ads, the content must not include any personal info.

Placement Serve is just a platform for user content and doesn’t check its accuracy, legality, or completeness. We aren’t responsible for user content. You might see content that’s wrong, misleading, illegal, or offensive. It’s your job to check its quality and legality. Use user content at your own risk.

Placement Serve doesn’t have to monitor user content but can remove or suspend it if it breaks our rules, laws, or third-party rights.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Acceptance of Responsibility

By using Placement Serve, you know we don’t verify users’ identities or backgrounds. It’s your job to check users before interacting with them. You take all risks from interacting with users. If there’s a dispute, you must resolve it with the other user.
